The Ninety-Percenters who were once equals with the Tenth are now second-class citizens.
But there is change in the wind of Anosumi-Quigmy. Aysha, a member of the Tenth, and Yui a Ninety-Percenter must figure out how to navigate their rapidly transforming world.
